The Ram Rattan Group was founded in 1984 by Chaudhary Ram Rattan Tanwar along with Shri Noor Mohamad Pradhanji who has been associated with real estate development since 1965. Initially, in the early eighties, our activities were concentrated in Delhi. Our group focused on the acquisition of land, colonizing it and developing areas like Asola, Dera Mandi, Bhatti, Fatehpur, Chandanhola, Mandi etc. near Chhattarpur Mandir. Our clientele consisted of industrialists and crème de la crème of society. Our name became synonymous with integrity, honesty, fair and transparent dealings. The business grew at a great pace and soon our focus shifted to Haryana. Our major activities were concentrated in Dhoj, along Sohna-Ballabgarh Road and Gurgoan-Faridabad Road. Over the years we as a group have carved a niche for ourselves in the field of land trade and are today a name to reckon with. Initiated more than three decades ago, Ram Rattan Group is a niche company in the Realty industry. Founded by Shri Ram Rattan Chaudhary, the group today is ably spearheaded by Mr. Vijay Chaudhary and abely supported by team of professionals from various fields like management , finance & legal due diligence .After developing posh farmhouses in South Delhi, which are considered benchmarks in the real estate industry, the group is now working on Country Homes, Farm Houses, Agriculture Lands , Townships in Haryana under DDJAY, Warehousing in NCR along with in field of logistics in Delhi/NCR and neighbouring states.
