Our story
Ram Rattan Group was founded in 1983 by Shri Ram Rattan Tanwar Ji along with Shri Pradhan Ji who has been in real estate since 1965. Initially, in the early eighties, our business activities were limited to Delhi which expanded to other regions in a very short span of time. Our group focused on acquisition of land, colonizing it and developing areas like Asola, Dera Mandi, Bhatti, Fatehpur, Chandanhola, Mandi etc. near Chattarpur Mandir.
With a huge and consistent clientele comprising industrialists and elites of society, the Group is known for integrity, honesty and fair dealing. The business grew at a great pace and soon our focus shifted to Haryana. Our major activities were concentrated in Dhoj, along Sohna-Ballabgarh Road and Gurgaon-Faridabad Road. Over the years we, as a group, have become the most trusted name in the land investment trade.
In 2000, Shri Ram Rattan Tanwar Ji handed over charge of the group to Mr. Vijay Chaudhary who, with a team of professionals from various fields like management, finance & legal due diligence, is taking the group in the right direction.
